Community spaces, homes, businesses, & coffee houses

WHAT is the goal of The EXPRESSION Project?

To EXPLORE and EXPRESS EMOTION through ART!

WHO comes to EXPRESS?

Adults, teens, artists & non-artists and both men & women attend our sessions. We welcome individuals from both religious and non-religious perspectives.

The EXPRESSION project  VALUES:

"Art for Expression"

The Expression Project teaches individuals to use art for expression and focuses on exploring emotion through art. It is not a design  or painting technique course.

"All Skill Levels Welcome"

We welcome both artists and non-artists alike. We want to encourage each person, regardless of skill or training, to find and use their unique artistic voice.
For beginners it’s a chance to have fun with paint.
For professionals, it is an opportunity to reconnect with art from an emotion based perspective.

"Safe Environment"

We value a "no pressure" environment , and encourage privacy and safety in sharing stories during the session.

"Personal Discovery"

Our workshops emphasize personal discovery. We do NOT conduct "therapeutic assessment" either before or after the workshop.
The Expression Project is NOT licensed therapy, however we can provide referrals to licensed therapists if individuals would like to explore self-discovery in a therapy setting.
